This not-for-profit webpage was founded and is maintained by Dr. Mike Toole, previously a Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Bucknell University and now the Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Toledo. The purpose is to serve as a resource for individuals and organizations who are interested in improving safety and health on construction sites and within completed facilities.
